How to make pancakes
Number of pancakes: 20
Baking time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:-250 g of flour
-4 eggs
-half litre of milk
-a pinch of salt
-50 g butter, melted
-1 tbsp rhum
Step 1:In a salad bowl, put the flour and eggs, and progressively add the milk. Add the vanilla sugar and the pinch of salt. You obtain a dough without lump.
Step 2:Leave the dough for 1 hour (room-temperature).
Step 3:Use a frying pan, preheat it and grease it with butter.
Step 4:Put a ladleful of your dough and bake for 1 to 2 minutes each side.
You pancakes are ready! Enjoy !

APPLE PIE !

Step 1: You will need
● 4 apples
● 1 puff pastry
● 10 g sugar
● 1 packet of vanilla sugar
● dish pie
Step 2 : Prepare the oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 3 : Prepare the pie
Spread the puff pastry on the dish pie
and use a fork to riddle it with holes in different parts.
Step 4 : Prepare the apples
Cut the apples in quarters.
Peel and cut again horizontally in slices.
Step 5 : Garnish
Put the slices of apples on the puff pastry.
Dust the pie with vanilla sugar and sugar.
Step 6 : Bake
Place the dish into the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 7 : Remove and serve
The pie is now ready to be served to your family and friend. Enjoy !

Chocolate cake recipe (microwave)Serves: 6
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Baking time: 5 minutes
Total time: 15-20 minutes
Microwave temperature: 750W
You will need :
125g butter 125g chocolate 125g sugar 3 eggs 75g flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp water
1 bowl 1 mixing bowl 1 whisk 1 muffin pan with wax paper 1 tsp 1 tbsp
STEP 1: Melt the chocolate into a bowl with two tbsp of water (1 min 30 s).
STEP 2: When the chocolate is melted, add the butter and mix .
STEP 3: In the mixing bowl, put the eggs and the sugar.
STEP 4: Beat wildly with the whisk.
STEP 5: Add the flour and the baking powder, then, the mixing butter/chocolate.
STEP 6: Grease the tim with butter.
STEP 7: Pour the dough and bake for five minutes.

-200g chocolate
-100g sugar
-100g butter
-75g flour
-3 eggs
-75ml water
-1tsp baking powder
1. Melt the chocolate, butter and water for two minutes in the microwave oven .
2. Beat the sugar and eggs up to make a whitened dough.
3. Add the flour and the baking powder.
4. Add the chocolate and the softened butter.
5. Pour the dough in the baking tin.
6. Put the baking tin in the microwave oven and bake for 5 minutes.
It’s ready to be served! Enjoy!

How to make the danette cake
Ingredients:-A jar of vanilla cream (danette)-3 eggs-A pot of sugar-2 pots of flour-A packet of yeast-Half a jar of oil
Step by step:
-mix the pot of vanilla cream and 3eggs (separate the whitefrom the yolk)
-then add a pot of sugar, 2 pots of flour and the packet of yeast and mix.
-add oil and mix.
-Preheat the oven, gas mark 6
-Whip up egg whites until stiff.
-butter the tin .
-Pour the whipped egg whites to the rest.
-pour it into the tin.
-put in the oven and bake for 20 at 25 minutes.
-remove from oven and cool
