How to Make a Quick Photo Album in PowerPoint

1. Open the PowerPoint software. Pull down the Insert menu and slide down to Picture. Slide over and click on New Photo Album.

2. Click File/Disk under Insert Picture from…

3. Navigate to your saved images. Select all the images you want to

insert into the album. Tip: Ctrl-A to select all the images in a folder or hold down the Ctrl key and click the images you want.

4. Click Insert.

5. You will see a list of all your images. You may click on any image and rotate it if needed. You may re-arrange the images using the Move Up and Move Down buttons.

6. Notice the Picture layout options. You will

probably want to leave this set on Fit to slide, but other options are available.

7. Click Create. Your Photo Album is created with a title

slide which you may customize. Save as usual.
