in WooCommerce
Step by Step “How to” Tutorial
Step 1:
Download WooCommerce Returns Plugin
Step 2:
Install the tool in Plugins section. Upload the files you download and proceed
with the installation
Step 3:
Activate the plugin to add the refund options in customer accounts and admin
panel
Step 4:
After activation, navigate to WooCommerce tab and follow these steps
Step 5:
Configure email notifications to get updates when a customer asks for a refund.
In the settings menu click emails tab. Scroll down and click ‘Order Refund Order.’
Step 6:
Once you configure the settings, customers will be able to claim a refund from
their user accounts
Step 7:
While asking for a refund, customers are given the choice either to claim the full
amount or a part of it.
Step 8:
As soon as a customer submit a refund request, you are notified in the Orders
sections under the head of “Requested Refunds.”
Step 9:
The admin or the store manager can also get to know the reason for the refund
