How to install Drupal in GoDaddy hosted domain or subdomain?

Launch Your Web Hosting Control Panel
Select Hosted
Domains
1. Add Domain if not added by
default
2. Click on the Domain Name to Add
Subdomain, if you want to install on
subdomain
Add Subdomain
Enter a Subdomain and Select Folder for
Installation of your Drupal Site.
Here we want to install on a subdomain
drupal.webnots.com
2. After Creating a Subdomain Click on the Hosting Tab
1. Subdomain is added.
1. Click on the Drupal Icon.
1. If you do not see Drupal icon then click
on Show All.
2. If you do not see Drupal then Click On Content
Management
1. You Can see Drupal in the One-Click Hosting
Applications
Click on Drupal
2. Click on Install Now!
1. Check Your Domain Compatibility. Free Domains like .info bought with
.com are not supported .
Select Compatible Domain, which you
setup for Hosting and Click on Next.
Provide Database Name and Password
and Click on Next
Choose the Installation Directory. If you want
to install on subdomain select the subdomain
which you setup in the Hosting and Click on
Next.
Provide Admin user id, Password and
Click on Finish.
Now Your Database for Drupal is under Setup
which may take up to 2 hours to complete. In
normal case it will take 15 to 30 minutes.
Click on Manage My
Applications to Check the
Status of the Installation.
Wait till the time the status is showing as
Successfully Installed.
You can also Check Your Database
Status and Details under Hosting >
Databases > MySQL
The status is Pending Setup and wait for the installation to be
completed. It may take up to 2 hours.
1. Once the installation is completed the status will be shown as Setup. Click on the Database to see the Status, Admin
URL Link and Hostname.
2. You also have an option to backup, restore and delete
your database anytime.
DNS Host records will be setup automatically. Check the correctness
especially if you use multiple hosting.
1. Open your site URL after
completion of the installation.
2. Login to Your Drupal Site with the
Admin username and Password.
Your Drupal Site is now hosted on GoDaddy Domain and
ready to customize.
