1 How to Connect power cords on control unit to ceiling.Step 1

Power Cord Connetor

Connect power cord to hanger

( as marked ), unscrew the

screw cap, put power cord to it

then unscrew. Pls see Video 0,

it will show you how to connect

it.

Install hanger with power

cord to Iron bar in the

ceiling. Pls see Video 1.

How to install square iron bar

Marked is the iron bar. Take

this bumper car as example,

there are 3 pieces ceiling in

15m x11m area, need to

connect one power cord to

every piece.

Install iron pole is first step, every

pole has its own serial No. Pls

install them as clockwise

direction. There are 10 iron poles

in the sample area.

Square iron bar iron pole

How to install rectangle iron bar

After installing iron pole,then install square iron

bar as picture showed.

Pls see video 2. At the

both ends, there must be

two teams to install it

synchronizing.

There are ten square poles,

including six longer ones and

four regular ones. Pls install

each sides of six longer poles

by each end of 15m length,

and four regular ones on 11m

length sides.

How to install iron pipe

After Installing square iron

bar, then install rectangleiron bar , pls see video 3.

Must be very carefully

when install rectangle iron

bar. Need several people

install them

synchronizing.

3 How to install floor and fencing How to install fencing

Just connect every piece fencing in the bumper car area How to install metal floor

The screw cap in the front must

be closed to yellow iron board.

First install iron pipes

under the metal floor, pls

see video 6. Install square

iron pipes to fencing and

connect them to each other.

After installing square iron

pipe then install smaller

square iron to big iron bar.

Must install yellow iron pad between the floor and screw

when install square iron

pipes.

Then put the metal floor on the cross metal pad. The wholemetal floor has finished. Pls see video 7 about removingmetal floor
