The How to... guides are the backbone of a three-hour ‘Engaging Women and Girls’ interactive workshop that is helping tackle the gender gap in sport and assisting in the client’s ambitious aim to get 30,000 young women from disadvantaged areas more active by providing them with opportunities to play sport within their local communities. The JobUs Girls is a groundbreakinginitiative providing sport andfitness opportunities to youngwomen aged 16–25 living indeprived areas across England.The programme is delivered by apartnership of organisations,funded by Sport England and ledby StreetGames. The client had awealth of written information,referred to as a series of Howto... guides, that had beencollated and shaped as a resultof the learning from the first yearof the programme.
