Stock Corporation

• This type of company can be established by at least three persons

• The company must be registered with Commercial Register

• The establishing this type of company do not require the minimal share capital

Limited Partnership

• The company must be established by at least two partners, one general and one limited

• The company must be registered with Commercial Register

• This company must have an agreement between partners to function

• The company do not require the minimal share capital

Sole Proprietorship • This company can be established by one

person

• The director of this type of company is fully liable for this legal entity

• The company should be registered with the Register of Commerce if the annual turnover exceeds 100.000 Swiss francs

Steps for company formation in Switzerland
