Draw a rounded cone shape at the top of the head for his first ear. Then draw another line under the head with a little wiggle in the middle of the line, to create the start of his mouth. Near the bottom of the head, add in a bump for the start of Captain’s nose, erase any lines so that the oval shape looks like the above shape. Add in another rounded cone shape creating the other ear. Between the two ears, draw in his hat by drawing a half circle and a duck bill shape. Continue with a small half circle to create Captain’s other side of his nose. Next erase part of his head that is close to his ear. In that space, draw in his eye just under his baseball hat. Next draw in another line to make Captain’s mouth. Finish his smile with a small half circle to show his cheek. Add in one line each to show some details in his ears and under his closest ear, add in a line for Captain’s eyebrow. In his brand new smile add in some lines to create his tongue. Next, erase the corner of his eye, and add in the top of his cheek to show just how happy he is. Finally, add in details to his hat with a line down the side and a half circle on the top. Next, draw in two smaller circles in Captain’s eye, this will be his pupil. Following that, draw a swooping line that starts at Captain’s eyebrow, and have it go down and away from his face. Then draw in some wavy lines to make his mane. Continuing with Captain’s eye, add in a small circle to the smallest inner circle, this will give his eye some shine. After that, draw in a collar for his jersey and a circle with a half circle next to it to create a button. On our final step, we are going to add in one more shine to Captain’s eye. By doing this we are going to draw a half circle over the inner two circles. Erase any lines that go over each other and now his eye is shiny and bright. Last steps to do are to draw some wavy lines on his nose to create a patch of hair. Finally, add in the Texas “T” to his baseball hat and your Captain is gameday ready! Today we will be drawing our favorite horse, Captain! Let’s start with a oval like shape to start the beginning of his head.
