Query: I m working with Outlook 2007 and I want to print out emails, but avoid name from the header part. Is there a way to hide name from top of the emails?

Query: When I printing an email from Outlook, my name is printed always in large bold letters at the top of message. How can i get rid of this issue?

Step 1: Open Email in MS Word: Open your emails in which you want to hide names from the top of the message and go to the File menu to save emails in word format. Try to edit the name from header clearly and see previews of message before printing and take printout of this mail without name.

Step 2: To Convert emails into HTML format, follow the steps given below:

Double Click on Mail, In the Message tab, choose ‘Other Actions’> Edit Message

Go to the Options tab > HTML

Again open Actions tab > View in Browser

Step 3: Go to the Files menu > Page Setup > Memo Style, Set all required fields > Print

In MS Outlook 2010, 2013, this option will appears at: File > Print > Print Options > Page Setup
