In a highly competitive environment, outstanding teamwork powers organizational success. High-performing teams are not a fluke: they are a result of the right team composition, strong team dynamics, and team leadership. This two-day immersive experience combines case studies, real-world examples of leadership practices, group discussions, and leadership self-assessments with experiential activities to help you create, manage, and lead organizational teams. You will learn how to become a more effective team member and team leader. This course will give you the ability to assess where you are, identify where you can improve in becoming a more effective team member/leader, and develop a plan to get there.

Who should attend? Executives, directors, and managers with aspirations of ultimately being leaders of exceptional teams.
