How to create a wiki using
Wikis are collaborative websites. Invited users can edit or create new pages within the website. Wiki space is available from a variety of sites.
Educators may find pbwiki.com as a useful site to use with students as it is secure and password protected. It was developed in 2005 by 3 Stanford graduates.
Sign Up – go to: pbwiki.comTo create an account, fill in the boxes with your name, email and create a password

Set Up – In the Create a Wiki box, give your wiki a name.
Chose the audience of your wiki.

There are two tabs, view to just read the wiki, and edit to add/change content to the wiki. Click on the edit tab to add content, images, links to files and other information to your wiki. There you will see a familiar toolbar to help format your page.
The sidebar can be used as a table of contents or to list various add-ons.
Share – To invite others to collaborate as a writer on your wiki, write the email address of those, and they will receive an email verification message with a link to the wiki.
You can vary the level of access for contributors you invite
