How to create and maintain Users

Step 1 – Click on the “Admin” tab.

Step 2 – Click on the “Maintain Users” button.

Step 3 Manage users

- Find a user by Name or Email (enter at least 2 characters)

- Filter by role

- Create a New User

Step 4 – Complete the top section all 4

fields (the new user will be asked to

change their password when they first

login.

Step 5 – Complete First Name and

Last Name and other optional fields.

Step 6 – Tick the roles that are relevant

to the user.

Step 8 - Change any of the details and click update.

Step 7 - To update an existing user click on the person.
