Today I want to talk about (Qabili Palau) .Qabili Palau is a healthy and famous food in Afghanistan and also its very delicious .

First I am going to talk about ingredient, then the method of cooking and finally how to serve it. And the end I would like to invite you to ask questions if you have any.

Ingredient

• 1- Meat 1 Kilo • 2 - Rice 1 Kilo• 3- carrot peels 4 Grams• 4- pistachio peels 4 Grams• 5 -Raisin 4 Grams • 6- Onion, garlic, black pepper, turmeric

and salt.

Follow the steps please:

1. First step put rice and a little salt for three hours in cold water .
