Already got the benefit for using FOSS products. So we need to contribute back to FOSS.

Get job because using FOSS. So need to send feedback.

Increase personal value.

Create history.

Learn how to communicate and collaborate with others.

Learn more from answering question in social media or mailing list.

Obstacle

Make your contribution less than others

Limited hardware (infrastructure, testing)

Limited storage (infrastructure, repositories)

Less time (full time employee or family reason)
