How to Connect Social Profiles & Share Content

on CoSchedule All it takes is a few clicks to share your awesome content!

A benefit of using CoSchedule is that we can share content directly from the app and measure shares.

First, login to app.coschedule.com.

Hover over the left menu and click Settings.

Another menu screen will load. Hover over the left sub-menu and click Social Profiles.

Click the button of the social profile you want to connect.

Click Add a Private Social Profile and follow the prompt to connect each one.

Now your private profiles are connected!

Now it’s time to share things. There’s a lot to

share…

You can share our most-shared posts. Click on Top Posts from the left menu.

Here, you can see upcoming and sent shares. Goal is to always have shares scheduled for our top posts.

You can share today’s post. Go to the Calendar view and find today.

You can share your own posts. From Top Posts screen, select Just Mine

from the dropdown.

Here’s how you share…

When you click the Share Post button, you’ll see this.

If you click on the title of the content or on the calendar event, you’ll see this.

This is the content detail view. You can see all info about a piece of content here. To share, click the Orange Plus Sign.

You can click the plus sign on the

specific time you want to share.

Now, select which social profile you want to share it from.

It will auto populate a message for you. Now, you have lots of options to customize…

By default, it auto populates with the {title} and {link} of

the content.

This where you draft the share.

Here are your custom share options.

Select Image to share an image from the post.

Pick the Time and Date you want to share.

Click < or > to select a different image to share

In the text box, you can write new text for the

share.

And then our calendar will fill up with beautiful social posts!

More sharing! More traffic! More engagement! More brand awareness! More MQLs! More customers! More $!

If you want to isolate the calendar view to only social posts or only blog posts…

Hover over this bar Click on a content type to hide or view it. Dark grey = showing, light grey =hidden
