DESCRIPTION

The decision on what vehicle to buy is not arbitrary. You don’t stick a pin in a Buyer’s Guide, nor do you blindly act on television ads telling you there’s a new model going on sale. You need to think carefully about who you are and what needs you have. It’s entirely possible you are male and want something to sit in that will make you look cool to the opposite sex. But if you are also a member of a football team and need to carry your playing equipment to practice and for matches, you will need enough room in your trunk for it all to fit in. You may also be limited by the annual car insurance rates applied to some of your dream cars. Just because you might be able to stretch to the finance to buy something fast and painted with red paint does not mean you can afford to run it. At the other end of the scale you may have a family of children or need to carry your elderly parents around. All these different needs should be considered, so you can make a practical choice of the right vehicle for you.
