A WEEK WITH SHAWN BREW

How productive are you really being?

PEOPLE ALWAYS HAVE THE EXCUSE…

“I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO CHASE MY DREAMS”

SO CO-OWNER SHAWN BREW MAPPED OUT HIS 168 HOUR WEEK INTO 7 CATEGORIES…• WORK• FAMILY/SOCIAL• ERRANDS/CHORES• CLASSES• SHOWER/EATING• SLEEP• CHASING DREAMS/BUSINESS

ALL TOGETHER• The chart below shows how the week panned out

for Shawn.

Sturgis, Michigan. This week he spent 28.5 hours of his week at work. This is about 17% of a week.

FAMILY & SOCIAL• Even with all of the production, Shawn still found

time to spend 21.5 hours with his family and friends. This is about 13% of the week.

ERRANDS & CHORES• Errands and Chores took the least amount of time

out of the week. They totaled out to 2.5 hours and that is only about 1% of the week.

CLASSES• Shawn takes classes online, so he only spends 9

hours on these. This takes up 5% of the week.

EATING/SHOWERING• This does not take as much time, because Shawn

eats/showers as fast as possible. These take up 3.5 hours a week totaling 2% of the week.

SLEEP• Most people need 8 hours of sleep. However,

Shawn works best on 6.5 hours a night. He slept 45 hours this week. This totals out to be about 27% of the week.

CHASING DREAMS• Shawn found he had much more leftover time than he

thought he would have. Anything extra went to chasing dreams. It totaled out to 58 hours spent chasing dreams. That’s about 35% of the week. Now, some people are full-time entrepreneur's and chasing their dreams is their work category. That’s fine, that just means you have much more time to be successful. Some people may work 40 hours and sleep 56. That’s fine as well. You will have AT LEAST 28-30 hours a week to chase your dreams. Stop using the “I don’t have enough time” excuse. Start managing your time efficiently, and you will take leaps and bounds forward. I challenge you to be more productive. I challenge you to

stop making excuses, and start bettering your life!!!!!! 35%REST OF WEEKCHAS-ING DREAMS
