can change your life

How

AMY CUDDY

Body language a.k.a. non verbals is an important form of communication.

When we think of non-verbals, we think of how we judge others and  how they judge us.

Awkward body language can draw a lot of unwanted attention.

What if we subject ourselves to a power-pose for 2 minutes?

GROUP A: HIGH POWER POSES

GROUP B: LOW POWER POSES

Samples of saliva are taken after gambling & a series of tests.

Can power posing for a few minutes really change your life in meaningful ways?

Tiny tweaks can lead to big changes

For just 2 minutes, try it out before a job interview, business meeting , in the elevator, bathroom stall or behind closed doors.

Don't fake it till you make it.

Fake it till you become it.
