ADP Interface Generation With Easy Reporter
• Before Easy Reporter, ADP payroll interfaces for US and Canada took more than 2 hours to generate.
• Old process required extracts to Excel and manual data manipulation.
• With Easy Reporter, entire process is 30 minutes to run. No more manual manipulation and each data record is on one line!
Org Management Exports Feed Visio Org Charts
• Because Easy Reporter is intelligent enough to report on organisational data and structures, Plan users can quickly export data from SAP to Visio to create org charts and graphics.
• No additional data manipulation is required once Easy Reporter creates the output.
Global Headcount Reporting• Global headcounts are run using a single report that
leverages standard SAP authorisations to limit access/output to only the data a user should see.
• This used to take approximately one hour to produce. With Easy Reporter, it takes 10 minutes.
• Report distribution used to be manual and take two hours per run but is now automated.
Additional Reports & Savings• The starters & leavers report used to require multiple iterations
and take about an hour to run. It’s now done in 10 minutes.– Time savings: About 85%
• Various payroll reports used to track employee data changes are now done in minutes compared to an hour before Easy Reporter.

• The HR team now runs reports for executive management in all 50 countries. These reports used to be run by the project team.
