How often should you Train Abs?

Abs are just like every other muscle in your body and need rest in

between exercise sessions as well.

Training your abs at the end of each workout will leave your midsection in a constant state of fatigue making it harder to achieve the results you are

looking for.

To Prevent overtraining and maximize results

• Hit your core 2-3 times a week post

workout

• Include a variety of exercises including

planks, wood chops and rollouts

• Include compound exercises that

engage the core such as deadlifts and

front squats
