LEAK-MASTER is the perfect device for simple and effective testing of the leak-tightness of packages packed using modified atmospheres. In most cases one of the gases used for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) is CO2 – in othercases the product packed gives off CO2 itself. Using this CO2 as a trace gas, LEAK-MASTER can test any package for possibleleaks directly after the packaging process. The tested product is not affected in any way by the testing process – it remainsundamaged and dry.

LEAK-MASTER

The LEAK-MASTER administers the specific settings of up to 1,200 products, names and passwords of up to 60 users as wellas all the respective barcodes. Products and users are selected via touchscreen or the optional barcode reader.The quality system LEAK-MASTER checks the leak tightness of packages to avoid quality risks thus meeting the require-ments of HACCP.By means of the WITT Control-Software the documentation of measurement results may be transferred into a quality-management-system. All results, including date, time, product-details and the name of the inspector can be exported into MS-Excel®. By using Ethernet, WITT focuses on the industrial standard for the transfer of data. With this interface the LEAK-MASTER can be integrated into a computer network and thanks to WLAN even wirelessly.

The WITT Control-Software enables communication with the LEAK-MASTER.
