The ICT4Development in Cambodia network began activities with a brief meeting in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, August 14-15, 2012.

A group of Inter and Local NGOs in Cambodia works on leveraging Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

ICT?ICT encompasses all communication technologies that disseminate, receive/gather or even store information.

includes both OLD technologies (radio, TV, print media) and NEW technologies (mobiles, Internet, smart phone, Social networks).
