2Introduction
ONCE was founded in 1938 as a not-for-profit corporation with themission of improving the quality of life of blind and visually impairedpersons across Spain. To fulfill these goals the State granted to ONCEthe exclusive sale of the so called passive lottery Cupón and otherlottery games.
The ONCE Foundation was created in 1988 by ONCE with the mission tocontribute to the full social inclusion of people with all types ofdisabilities, mainly through employment and universal accessibility.
ILUNION inserts into business the social initiatives of ONCE and itsFoundation by applying a pioneering and innovative approach thatallows it to maintain a balance between profit and social values.ILUNION has had an important presence in the most important businesssectors for over 25 years and has become leader in providingtechnology and universal accessibility solutions, among others.

Inserta is the human resources consulting arm of ONCE Foundation, experton disability, that executes the Operational Programme ESF 2014 SOCIALINCLUSION AND SOCIAL ECONOMY, co-financed by the European Social Fund(ESF)

We have more than 200,000 peoplewith disabilities in our database withall range of professional profile andcapabilities. We use the ICF approachto address candidate’s capabilities,since its what each candidate iscapable of doing what really matters.
Jobseekers can find HR Managers andrelevant HR professionals tutorialvideos providing information &recommendations about for examplehow to write a CV or a cover letter, facean interview… are avaivable.

Additionaly Inserta develops in collaboration with companies, programs or strategies design to deal with more
complex issues, such as:
Young people who have not been employed or trained for the last six
months.
Initiatives to increase the labour market participation of women in
those sectors with a low female representation.
Specific programs focus on rural areas or linked to supportive
employment.
Initiatives to develop entrepernual skills among PWD
Special multicompanies training initiatives such as aulas abiertas: in
which companies take an active role from the beginning in the design
of the training program and all the matters that have to do with the
course. This initiative it’s also driven by collaboration and innovation,
since “aulas” are open by Inserta with the support of companies that
might be competitors in the market.
