Achieve high Set yourself targets, put yourself out of your comfort zones, this way you will achieve bigger and better things within your work place

Adapt yourself Be willing to take on new rolls, for example, cover someone who is off ill

Collaborate Work with new, different individuals, make them see you're willing to do everything

WORKING WITH NEW RULES AND SURROUNDINGS

Excepting the rules and regulations such as;

-dress code,

-attitude(what is expected of you),

-time management,

-orders.

This socialises us as working with new rules and people would make collaboration and communication skills improve for example, if you need information/help you would go to your co-workers before anyone higher up; meaning, you're communicating.
