How does it work?Protexx service is available for box-springs purchased from new only. You will receive the “Protexx Protector Boxspring kit”. The kit includes a service certificate.

The kit is suitable for 1 box-spring or bed combination (including headboard, footboard and upholstered accesories). Maximum dimensions of the combination are ± 240 cm x 220 cm (l x w).

Retain your purchase invoice for your furniture together with your service certificate for all service kits you have received. This is your service warranty card. The service warranty entitles you to get help and assistance from Protexx service throughout the service period.

If a stain occurs during the service period our Service Centre will be at your full disposal. They will assist and advise and where needed will make an appointment for a service specialist to visit you. Your boxspring will be cleaned free of charge.

This service is intended for box-springs used in private households. Written consent must be obtained for projects and/or commercial arrangements. Please contact us for further information.

The agreement ends effective immediately in the following cases:

- Abuse, fraud or providing false information.- Product specific details like normal wear and tear of furniture*. * In the event that such complaints or stains occur, as a customer of Protexx we will

offer you the opportunity to have us resolve this at a 50% discount on the applicable repair or cleaning rates. These rates can be found at www.oranje-concepts.com. If technically feasible we will always attempt to find an appropriate solution.

5 year service for textilesIf, despite treatment with Protexx Textile Protector, you are unable to remove a stain or mark from the fixed upholstered parts of your box-spring or bedroom furniture, the Protexx Protector service centre will be able to assist you. They will send out a service specialist who will remove the stain free of charge in your own home.

The stain services covers stains caused by:

Drink stains, such as: Coffee, tea and chocolate milk. Cola and fruit juice. Wine, beer and liquor.

Food stains, such as: Tomato sauce and gravy. Peanut butter, Chocolate and marmalade. Ketchup and mayonnaise.

Stains caused by all excretions of humans and mammals, such as: Sweat. Body oil. Blood. Urine. Vomit. Feces.

Complete peace of mind for your new box-spring/bedroom furnitureProtexx Textile Protector provides effective protection for the fixed upholstered parts of your new box-spring or bedroom furniture. Parts such as the headboard, footboard and sides, including the upholstered sides of a mattress, remain spotless and clean for longer. Cleaning fabric is also easier and much more effective.

Dirt and marks don’t get a chance and your box-spring/bedroom furniture fabric stays looking like new for much longer. Our unique 5 year stain service gives you extra peace of mind. Stubborn stains caused by “breakfast in bed”, stains caused by discharges and secretions from humans and animals, hair grease and other unforeseen marks are fully covered.
