DEALS WITH STRESS

One of the ways that Obama deals with stress is playing basketball. He plays before every election. The only time he didn’t play was when he lost the New Hampshire primary to Hillary Rodham Clinton. He vowed never to skip a game again.

He tries to have a family dinner every night at 6:30.

Obama designs his schedule to focus on things that are important to him and just on what’s coming at him.
