Under the terms of the Tenancy Agreement: a) the tenancy period is one (1) year and the date of expiration of the Tenancy Agreement is 14 June 2015 (“Date of Expiration”); and b) if the tenant at any time during the currency of the Tenancy Agreement elect to terminate the Tenancy Agreement, the Security Deposit referred to in Paragraph 10 of Schedule A to the Tenancy Agreement (totalling RM__________) (“Security Deposit”) shall be forfeited to the landlord absolutely. You acknowledge that you have duly given notice to me to terminate the Tenancy Agreement prior to the Date of Expiration. You further acknowledge and accept that, consequently, pursuant to the express condition in Paragraph 14 of Schedule A to the Tenancy Agreement, the Security Deposit shall be forfeited in favour of me and I am entitled to retain the Security Deposit absolutely. However, I am pleased to inform you that in lieu of taking forfeiture of and retaining full amount of the Security Deposit, I accept a forfeiture of, and you agree that I am entitled to forfeit in my favour and retain, a partial amount of the Security Deposit at RM__________. You hereby further waive any right, claim or action you may have against me arising out of or in connection with the Tenancy Agreement.

I have been given notice by you that you have decided to terminate the Tenancy Agreement dated _____________ between us (“Tenancy Agreement”), with effect from_____________.

Under the terms of the Tenancy Agreement:

a) the tenancy period is one (1) year and the date of expiration of the Tenancy Agreement is 14 June 2015 (“Date of Expiration”); and
