If the property has any of the above items, It is strongly recommended that the Buyer secures inspections that will satisfy himself as to the condition of any and all items. Call the inspector of your choice. In addition to the inspections, the Buyer should talk to the neighbors and the Seller in order to satisfy any questions in regards to condition and performance of the water well, pump, septic system, quality of the water, as well as the volume of water flow of the well.
