Thirty-two years in the making, Charn & Company brings to you

a family’s tradition of custom lamps and shades. From fl irty fl ares to

our classic shapes, you’ll fi nd endless inspiration with our complete

collection of house fabrics and beautiful lamp designs.

Whether your style is classic, elegant or just whimsical fun, create the

ultimate combination and make a brand new statement!

Charn Pennewaert, mother and designer, created an instant sensation

in 1994 with her creativity and passion for beautiful lighting. Through the

years, our company has established a reputation for innovation and bril-

liance by incorporating customer-supplied fabrics and trims into designs

sparkling with personality. Today, Charn & Company can be found

in the fi nest gift stores, furniture showrooms, and children’s boutiques.

Her passion for the cottage look, inspired Charn to pursue beautiful

vintage fabrics and develop authentic antique fi nishes. The famous

cottage style now includes antique fi nished custom lamps, wooden armed

chandeliers, and whimsical wall sconces. The newest fabric collection

from house offers the perfect look with its soft colors and inspiring prints.

The choices and combinations are endless with many possibilities.
