In   this   interactive   session,   participants   will   learn   about   motivational  interviewing   and   its   use   in   nutritional   interventions,   as   well   as   practice   the  technique  in  small  groups.

This  session  will  review  the  legal  challenges  of  determining  what  is  in  our  food  and   the   potential   impact   and   importance   of   the   Food   Safety   Modernization  Act.   The   Center   for   Agriculture   and   Food   Systems   food   labeling   website   will  also  be  demonstrated.
