In addition to course work, students will participate in job shadowing experiences and will have the oppor- tunity to participate in DECA. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. This course also provides students with an opportunity for a behind-the- scenes tour of Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Management (HRTM) is one of America’s fastest growing industries. Areas of study in this program include lodg- ing and restaurant operations/management; travel and tourism plan- ning; food and beverage management; and event and meeting planning.
