Contractual rates are inclusive of 10% government prevailing tax.
Contractual rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah per room per night.
All rates are subject to the general terms and conditions attached to this agreement.
Guaranteed reservation will only be held until 18:00 hr unless pre notice of late arrival is given
to the hotel, failing to do so, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation policy.
Reservation is subject to hotel’s availability and until written confirmation is given, any
reservation should not be binding upon the hotel.
POP Hotel BSD City has the right to revise the rate and term condition at any time during the contract
period accordingly to the room night production generated by the client.
Special package is also applicable on certain periods and rates will be advised accordingly.
The above rates can not be featured ONLINE.
This contract is valid once signed by both parties.

POP! In/POP! Out Policy:
POP! In after 14:00 hrs
POP! Off by 11:00 hrs
No early POP! In and late POP! Off will be available.
Payment:
Transfer Payment to : PT. Pohon Indah Makmur Bank Mandiri Account No. 164-0000908089 Branch Alam Sutera - Serpong
To be confirmed, all bookings must be fully prepaid prior to the guest’ arrival and
accordingly to the payment schedule (copy of bank transfer should be forwarded to the
hotel as a proof of payment). In case of any payments not done on time, the rooms will be
automatically released.
Should billing reconciliation is required; it could be done within 7 days maximum after the
invoice is received.
Incidental charges must be fully settled prior to guest’s departure.
Major credit card such as Visa and Master card are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be received directly by the hotel(s)
To avoid any cancellation fees, the below conditions must be respected:
- From 1 (one) to 3 (three) rooms: a written notification must be received up to 3 days
prior the guest’s arrival. If fail to do so, the first night will be charged for all the
rooms booked.
- From 4 (four) to 14 (fourteen) rooms: a written notification must be received up to 14
days prior the guest’s arrival. If fail to do so, the full length of stay will be charged
for all the rooms booked.
- Above 14 (fourteen) rooms: a written notification must be received up to 21 days prior
the guest’s arrival. If fail to do so, the full length of stay will be charged for all the
room booked.
No-Show Policy:
In case of no-show and with no cancellation notification received in the due time:
From 1 (one) to 3 (three) rooms: the first night will be automatically charged for
all the rooms booked
From 4 (four) to 14 (fourteen) rooms: the full length of stay will be automatically
charged for all the rooms booked
Above 14 (fourteen) rooms: the full length of stay will be automatically charged
for all the room booker .
Room Occupancy Policy:
Maximum 3 persons in the same room and using the existing bedding (including day bed),
are free of charge.
Force Majeure:
The Hotel and Tauzia Hotel Management shall not be held responsible for any loss or
damage arising from any circumstances beyond control. This includes but is not limited to
war, riots, insurrection, act of God, natural catastrophe or any illegal acts.
