Indigo Hotel is situated on the seaside of Puerto Natales, a historical pioneer in

Rooms are distributed around a central empty place from which curtains of euca-

lyptus are falling, giving a plunging view on the floor of the hotel. A clever sys-

tem of stairs, footbridges and banisters permits an amazing circulation inside thebuilding. The inside atmosphere of rooms is comfortable and intimate giving a

splendid view on Patagonia thanks to large windows. You will have the impres-

sion to feel like home. The indigo Hotel in Patagonia offers 29 rooms, some of

them with a wonderful view on the Fiordo Ultima Esperanza and others pictur-

esque villages of Puerto Natales.

Chambres :

Les chambres sont distribues autour d'un grand espace vide central d'o tombeun rideau vertical d'eucalyptus et donnant une vue plongeante sur le rez de

chauss de l'htel. Un astucieux systme de passerelles, de rampes et d'escalierspermettent une circulation labyrinthesque l'intrieur du btiment.L'atmosphre l'intrieur des chambres est confortable et intime tout en donnantune splendide vue sur la Patagonie par les immenses fentres. Restaurants:

Mama Rosa is in charge of the Indigo Hotel restaurant. She is a specialist in the art of pastry and many other things. You will appreciate the gen-

erous and delicious breakfast serves in the restaurant of the hotel. The preferred meal of Mama Rosa are: fresh crab coming from the fjord and

served on the crunchy bed of sesame and avocado, the delicious beef meet coming from the Pampa and of course the grilled lamb with eggplants

and a chickpeas sauce.

Elle est spcialiste dans l'art des ptisseries maison et bien d'autres choses.Vous apprcierez les gnreux et dlicieux petit-djeuner servis dans le restaurant de l'htel. Les plats prfrs de Mama Rosa sont les suivants: lecrabe frais tout droit venu des fjords de la rgion servi sur un croustillant de ssame avec une mulsion d'avocat, la savoureuse viande de boeuf en

provenance de la pampa et bien sr l'agneau brais avec des aubergines grilles dans une sauce aux pois chiches.
