Manual check in
• Pull the guest details from Guest database
• Creating new folio during guest new check in
Check in Walk-In Guest
• Check In Wizard
Check in thru Reservation
• Filter out the record from Reservation List
• Check In button at Reservation Details portion – link to Check In Wizard
Group Check in
• F5 / Front Desk Group Check In
• Only company’s reservations with a status of reserved & room assigned for current day check in will be included
System will auto generate the check in transaction accordingly
Billing & Invoicing
• 2 types:
– Check out billing
– Periodic invoicing
Check out billing
• Call out the check in list
• Other charges will be added into the check out total amount later.
Folio
• Double click on the selected record will link user to Check In / Out form.
• Group Check Out – check in under 1 company group
• Check out by join bill – more than 1 bill check out together
• Late check out
Group Check Out
• F6 / Front Desk Group Check Out
• Only selected check out date record will be listed.
System will auto generate the check out transaction accordingly
Invoicing• From time to time issue the invoice to a
particular company
• Guest Company Invoice
Payment
• Maintain the payment voucher from guest
Reverse payment
• Click on the Reverse button
• Select the payment voucher to reverse

• Used to monitor the room’s status
• can be filtered to show rooms of a certain status
• Comment on room’s status

• A quick overview of current in-house activity
Occupancy Comparison
• Allows user to analyze their daily occupancy visually.
• Different colors represent different levels of occupancy.
Night Audit
• Used to audit of all the hotel rental transactions

• There are various build in reports provided for user to generate management purposes reports.
