Fast forward 10 years and the agency

employs a staf f of 35 with bragging rights to

multiple Gazelle awards.

First love will never die.

Now (more) matured creative director opens

up Hyldgaard m.f l. as a small specialized

branding agency.

Starting from scratch. 2 employees. For the

f irst time, solely responsible for all aspects

from cof fee, cold calls and conferences.

Experienced gradually becoming more inde-

pendent and daring in my creative solutions.

Seeking out and working for more cool pro-

gressive and underground oriented clients.

Small but successful.

Midt Marketing A/S snatches up Hyldgaard

m.f l. and I transition into Creative Director.

Begin work as co-writer with Rasmus An-

kersen. Co-writing both, ”Opdragelse af en

vinder” and ”Guldminerne”. Simultaneously

beginning work on a solo project ”Hotel

Creativity”.

Published ”Hotel Creativity” prototype spring

2010. Anticipating feed-back and writing ver-

sion 2.0 of the book.
