PAYMENT, CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay (room and tax) is required to secure each individual reservation and will be charged on November 18, 2010. The deposit will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. 2. Deposits are refundable if cancelled no later than five (5) days prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled less than five (5) days prior to arrival the deposit will not be refunded. 3. Individual credit cards will be required upon check-in for each reservation. The credit card provided may vary from the credit card provided for the deposit. 4. Reservations with declined credit cards are subject to cancellation. 5. Hotel may, at its discretion, automatically cancel any reservation in its entirety if not claimed on the designated check-in date. Late arrivals are subject to cancellation. 6. Reservation changes and cancellations can be made at www.performanceracing.com or submitted in writing to the PRI Housing Department via fax, email or U.S. mail. After November 29, 2010 please contact your hotel directly for all changes and cancellations.
