Stroke HMT Series Hot Tapping Machines The Hydratight MHT range is designed for ease of use in

making 3 – 60 inch (76 – 1524mm) taps into various material

pipelines and tanks with the ability to fast traverse and vary the

cutter feed rate. Range 3 – 20 inch can be operated

hydraulically or pneumatically. Range 24 – 60 inch can only be

operated hydraulically. The entire series of machines comes

equipped with industry standard boring bar connections and

flange adapter connections for existing equipment.

Maximum working pressure is 1,480 p.s.i (100 bar) at 100°F

(38°C). Operating temperature continuous rating is 350 °F

(177°C) at 1025 psi (70 bar). Intermittent service rating is -20°F

(-9°C) to 700°F (371°C) at 700 psi (48 bar).
