Simply click on your unique meeting URL to access the iMeet login page.

Example: https://imeet.powwownow.com/yourname

Here you can launch your meeting with the iMeet app (recommended for all hosts) or just join using your browser of choice.

Call me: click this button to have iMeet call you onyour chosen number. Simply add additional numbers by clicking the ‘+’ sign.

Dial In: Choose the correct number for your area, dial it from your desk phone or mobile and enter in the PIN displayed for the iMeet meeting.

Once inside your room your cube will appear, providing you with options to: • Turn on your webcam• Manage your audio connection• Manage your profile, link to social media• Raise your hand• Step away from the meeting

Remember to join using the browser you will need your login credentials handy so have them close by when you’re ready to iMeet.

Please note the ‘Call me’ function only works for UK numbers.

Note: Your participants will have the same functionality as you.

Your toolbar is located at the bottom of your iMeet room:Simply click on your unique iMeet URL that has been sent to you in your welcome email.

Once you have downloaded the app, follow the prompts to enter your details and password. You will then have the option to upload a profile pic.

If you provide a telephone number, you will be able to benefit from iMeet’s ‘Call me*’ function.

This will allow the app to call you to join a meeting, saving you from dialling in manually.

After signing in, select ‘Meetings’ from the left-hand menu then select the ‘Start button’.

You will have the option to talk in your meeting using VoIP1 or by using your phone2. Your meeting will begin in your iMeet room, once you have selected an option. If you have chosen to connect via phone, please follow the instructions on page 3 of this guide. ‘Connecting by audio’.

To join a meeting, select ‘Meetings’ from the left-hand menu.

Select the ‘Join’ button and enter the meeting URL, your host will have shared prior to the meeting.

This is usually within your email or text invitation.

Select ‘Contacts’ from the left-hand menu. Type a name into the ‘Add Contact’ field and the ‘Create a new contact’ prompt will appear.

Enter your contact’s details into the form and select the ‘Create’ button.

Select ‘Chat’ from the left-hand menu. Enter the email address of the person you would like to begin a chat with, and a short message (optional).

You will then enter into a chat. If your contact has a green dot they are online.

If the dot is white they are offline and will have received an email telling them you want to chat.

You can share files by selecting the paperclip1 icon. This will allow you to browse and send your file via instant message.

A record of links and files you share can be seen via the paperclip and paper icons2.

Image files will appear within your chat, PDFs and Word documents will appear as a download link.

To make a one-to-one video call you will need to be in an iMeet chat with the person you wish to call.

Simply select either the green phone icon to begin an audio call1, or the grey video camera icon to begin a video call.

You can switch between audio and video during the call by selecting the video3 symbol.

To mute your audio/video call, select the mic2 icon.

Choose the status1 you would like to display from the drop down menu. You can also view and edit your profile information, such as display image, bio and company name.

To sign out of iMeet, simply select ‘Sign Out2’.

If you would like to change your settings, you can select the cog wheel3 icon.

If you need further help, select the ‘?’ icon and an email will be sent to Powwownow Support.

To instantly begin a meeting in your iMeet room you can simply click the iMeet button4.

To access your stored files, select ‘Files’ from the left-hand menu.

Your existing files can now be located, along with a folder containing your recorded meetings and minutes.

You can also use the search bar, to search for a specific file name.

To upload a new file, simply drag and drop into your file storage, or select ‘Browse’ and select the file.
