The Capitol and the 3 adjoining buildingscurrently rest on an area of about 1.45 hectareswith a total of 250 tenants, including offices andretail outlets.

This project consist of Singapore's largestcinema cum theatre complex, 6 stars luxuryhotel & retail shops, with a total size of 21,000m2. There is also a residential component,named Eden Residences Capitol.

A prominent golf club in the local and regionalgolf scene since its inauguration in 1993,Laguna National Golf and Country Club is one ofSingapore’s premier golf and country clubs offering two eighteen-hole championshipcourses – Masters and World Classic. It isSingapore’s only golf club to have its land lease and playing privileges secured until 2040 atpresent.

A multi-million dollar facelift is currentlyunderway, which includes a full redesign andupgrade of the existing clubhouse. Upon itslaunch, the Club will boast a state-of-the-artunion of a world-class golf club, a 206-room andvilla branded resort hotel with full facilitiesincluding a spa, a driving range, and a fitnesscenter.
