Bleep EPOS solutions do not require a local server in each physical location.

Each unit on the network is a master in its own right (including card payment devices) with the capability to store its own transactions and data, whilst, at the same time, sending that data in real time to our cloud-based Web Back Of�ce.

All units on the network copy and store each other's data. This unique network has no single point of failure and is self-healing - providing total reliability in any kind of network con�guration.

Bleep Handy Mobile EPOS

The Bleep Handy mobile EPOS terminal eliminates the need for staff to leave the service area, keeping them on the service �oor attending to customers' needs.

This can help to speed up service and ensure your customers are happy, all while improving the ef�ciency of your staff. Service times and table turnarounds are sped up and customer engagement is enhanced. Mobile EPOS devices can also be used to queue bust and reduce wait times in other environments.

The slim and lightweight design of the handheld device makes it a highly portable solution for operators, with a run time of up to 12 hours, which is also rugged enough to survive the harshest of hospitality environments. The device is protected against liquids and dust and supported against drops of up to 1.5m.

POS Media Video Display

Bleep POS Media is an intelligent 7-inch video display powered by Android�, designed to replace traditional 2×20 customer facing displays to increase customer engagement and interaction at the point of sale.

POS Media is a three-in-one display, consisting of an advertising screen, customer display and a touch screen terminal allowing for customer or server EPOS interaction.

Bleep PAY Now is a wireless payment solution for hospitality operations, allowing the customer's bills to be printed and payments to be taken directly at their table.

Designed to be carried by waiting staff at all times, any itemised bill can be produced immediately; printed and fully itemised for the customer to view at the table, as well as the ability to process the card payment there and then. The entire transaction is carried out in front of the customer, improving security and minimising fraud, with the options to split the bill to share payment, add gratuity or even just pay by cash.

Bleep Kitchen Video Systems are designed to maximise ef�ciency levels in your kitchen areas � reducing errors, simplifying orders, speeding up service and seamlessly uniting your dining area with the kitchen.

This paperless option replaces the need for kitchen printers and can cut your operation costs through a reduction in errors, quicker service times and a reduced use of consumables.

Our KVS allows orders to be sent directly from the EPOS straight to the kitchen displays in a matter of seconds and can even be used for drinks dispensing at bar areas.

Orders for preparation are displayed in a simple, user-friendly way; with all order details listed and featuring a timer, as well as a colour coded, traf�c-light warning system based on waiting times and kitchen targets.

A productivity report is available in Web Back Of�ce, showing you your kitchen preparation timings � timed from when they are sent to the kitchen to when they are bumped off the KVS.

Bleep's Web Back Of�ce is a real time, cloud based back of�ce software that allows hospitality businesses to manage their sales, stock and staff.

It gives operators access to and the ability to manage their establishment from any internet enabled device and provides in-depth data and analytics, with a full suite of reporting and built-in sales wizard functionality.

Your till program can be fully customised remotely with the POS con�guration facility with new products or price changes sent to your EPOS terminals by batch or in real-time.

Self-Ordering

The Bleep Self-Ordering App allows customers to order and pay for food and drink from a mobile application and have their order delivered directly to their table or seat.

Customers can view the menu, then order a meal, a round of drinks, or both - and pay via the app on credit or debit card or PayPal � all without having to leave their seat.

Why Bleep?

One Stop Solution

Every aspect of integrated EPOS and Payments is covered by Bleep. We are not a re-seller. No third parties. No outsourcing. Just a single supplier for all your EPOS and Payments needs. We design and manufacture our own hardware and we develop our own software.

No Single Point of Failure

Bleep EPOS solutions are non-server based which do not require a local server. In real terms, this means there is no single point of failure, no 'master and slaves' and no downtime if you lose internet connectivity.

RTOS not Windows

Bleep systems use a Real Time Operating System rather than Windows. This means no license fees or anti-virus is required resulting in lower costs and a more ef�cient system. A CFast card in each EPOS terminal holds the operating system, applications, software and data.

Design, Manufacture & Support

Bleep are a hardware designer and manufacture and software developer � we are not a dealer or a re-seller for other �rms like many of our competitors. We also have an in-house support team, providing daily, year-round, UK wide support to our clients when they need it most.
