Currently, providing ongoing technical advice on Immunohistochemistry to the Histology Technologist at Pembroke Regional Hospital with regards to new methodology being implemented.

2005, Provided a 2 day onsite evaluation and recommendations for improvement of efficiency and quality of the Histology laboratory at the Quinte Health Center in Belleville at the request of the laboratory manager Ms. C. Harrison.

2004, Provided onsite training in histology techniques to research associates for Dr. Tang at the Loeb Research Center.

2002, Provided a 2 day onsite evaluation and recommendations for improvement of efficiency and quality of the histology laboratory at the Peterborough Regional Health Center at the request of Dr. V. Walley.2002-present, provide onsite training in histology techniques to research associates and assistants for Dr. Turkson at the Loeb Research Center.

2001, Assisted Dr. 1. Veinot and Dr. 1. Woulfe in the set up of the histology laboratory, development of protocols and training of staff at the Loeb Research Center.
