Do It Yourself Catering Orders All drop offs will be on disposable trays or in disposable aluminum pans. Disposable plates, napkins, forks and serving utensils, may be purchased for an additional charge of $ .40 per person. Wire chafers with 2 sternos and one water pan included may be purchased for $12.00 each.

Price does not include tax or delivery charges.

Full Service Buffets Full service price includes all serving tables, table linens, chafers and serving equipment for your

event. Price also includes black disposable plates, plastic utensils & napkins. At least one server is required for all events. Service professionals such as servers/buss staff that may be needed to take

care of the needs of your guests are billed separately. Price does not include tax or delivery charges

Serving Staff: $15.00 per hour (3 hour minimum per server) (Please remember to allow ½ hr. set up & ½ hr. teardown.)

*Clear plastic plates and utensils are available for upgrade $.95 per person.

* A 15% gratuity will be pre added for serve staff. You may increase or decrease this amount as you see fit based on the service you receive.

Additional charges may be incurred for travel out of our metro east area or if minimum orders are

not met.
