HOW OUR BREAKS SCHEME WORKS When you are caring for someone, it’s easy to forget to put aside some time for yourself to relax or enjoy doing something completely different. Enfield Carers Centre’s breaks scheme can help you think about taking some time out for yourself.

Hopefully you’ve seen at least one activity in this leaflet that interests you. The breaks are available for carers only.

CAN I CHOOSE MORE THAN ONE BREAK? We would love to be able to offer you more than one break but due to funding restrictions, we cannot always do so. As some breaks will be over subscribed, places may be limited to allow as many new carers as possible to access at least one break. If there are more carers who want to attend a particular

activity than we have space or money for, we use a scoring system to ensure that we are fair to everyone. SO, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? If you’ve seen something you like - call us on 0208 366 3677 to register your interest. It’s not first come first served, but it does help us see how many carers are interested in which activity.

DON’T SEE ANYTHING YOU LIKE? Let us know what else you’d enjoy doing and we may be able to provide that break next time.

Popular shows such as Les Miserables, Chicago, Wick-

ed, Mamma Mia, West Side Story, Hairspray and Fiddler
