ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

OS GUINNESSOs Guinness is an internationally known writer and speaker on religion and public life. He founded the Trinity Forum in 1991 and is a former fellow at the East-West Institute in New York. He has also been a guest scholar at the Woodrow Wilson Center for International Studies and a guest scholar and visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution. Os has written or edited more than 25 books, including No God But God, The Call, Unspeakable: Facing Up to the Challenge of Evil and Doing Well and Doing Good.

LAURENT MBANDALaurent Mbanda is bishop of the Shyira Diocese for the Anglican Church of Rwanda. He has lived in many countries and has studied missiology at Fuller Seminary’s school of World Missions. He also holds an M.A. in Christian Education from Denver Seminary and a Ph.D. from Trinity International University in Deerfield, Ill. Mbanda (he is called by his last name) serves on the boards of Food for the Hungry and the International Justice Mission. He has served as vice president of Africa Region for Compassion International.

BOB MOFFITT Bob Moffitt is president of the Harvest Foundation and co-founder of the Disciple Nations Alliance. For more than 30 years, he has developed and directed Christian organizations designed to encourage and enable Christians to demonstrate God’s love, especially to marginalized people and their communities. He is the author of If Jesus Were Mayor. He has lived, studied, traveled and lectured extensively in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
