Who is a leader?November 2016

A great leader is someone who is trusted, honest, and is willing to fight for the best

interest of everyone involved.

Leaders know their strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of their teammates.

This helps them delegate efficiently so that everyone is doing their part.

Leaders are also have solid communication skills. They are good at explaining the

situation, what the plan going forward is, and make sure that everyone is up to date.

When everyone is well-informed, the team's satisfaction is much higher.

When a team trusts each other, everyone works more efficiently and is excited towork together.

It's imperative that everyone trusts each other to get their work done becausea lack of trust creates a stressful team environment that no one wants to be a partof. It also creates the feeling that someone might be doing more or less workthan the other.
