1 Overview

HONOR Watch Magic (hereinafter referred to as "smartwatch" or "watch") is an ultra-thin HONOR brand sport smartwatch with a sustaining battery life of up to one week, and integrated smart features such as scientific sleep monitoring, fitness monitoring, information assistance, heart rate monitoring, GPS functionalities, and more. Its light and modern design, scientific fitness guidance, and accurate health monitoring perfectly suit trendy and energetic young people for everyday casual and light exercise wear.

The smartwatch adopts a double crown design, while its color screen is matched with a strap that passes the strict skin allergy test to provide a safe and comfortable wearing experience for the user. For convenience, the smartwatch is also equipped with a variety of exquisitely selectable straps.

The smartwatch supports the following features:

1.2-inch AMOLED color screen;

Sustaining battery life, lasts for up to 1 week without charge;

24/7 continuous heart rate monitoring, supports resting heart rate, single heart rate, continuous heart rate, and other measuring features;

Water-resistance for shallow waters, including swimming pools or beachfront swimming (not suitable for snorkeling, hot showers, hot springs, saunas, steam rooms, diving, water skiing, and other high-speed water or deep-water activities;

Altitude barometer for mountaineering;

Support the US GPS, Russia GLONASS, Europe GALILEO satellite;

ALS ambient light monitoring for automatic screen brightness adjusting;

Firstbeat professional running guidance;

TruSleep (enabled by default, but can be disabled through the Huawei Health app) automatic sleep recognition and data statistics, certified by the CDB Center at Harvard Medical School;

Fitness interactions: create groups, manage groups, set default groups, initiate friendly competitions, view daily activity rankings and friendly competition rankings, participate in friendly competitions, and more (requires the Huawei Health app). Running partners: create running groups, create friendly running competitions, view and display group rankings, and more.

Independent apps, including fitness history, altitude barometer, compass, weather, stopwatch, timer, flashlight.

Wear monitoring: when not worn, automatically enters power-saving mode;

Displays time and other common tools, stopwatch, timer, and alarm clock;

You can download and install the Huawei Health app to management your watch, and view exercise and health data to better understand your physical condition and exercise status.



2 Product Functions and Application Scenarios

2.1 Connections and pairing 1. To install or update the Huawei Health app, scan the Huawei Health QR code on

the retail box or search for "Huawei Health" in your app store.

For devices running on Android 4.4 or later or iOS 9.0 or later.

2. Enable the Bluetooth on your mobile phone, then open the Huawei Health app and enter the device list screen.

3. Select the name of your watch, and then select its Bluetooth name.

The name of your watch is on the product retail box. When pairing for the first time, the Bluetooth name of your watch can be viewed on the startup screen.

4. Upon receiving a pairing request, touch the on your watch to confirm the pairing.

The Huawei Health app supports automatic pairing recognition. Simply open the app and you will be prompted with the list of pairable devices. In this case, touch the Bluetooth name of the device you want to pair with and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the pairing. Otherwise, you can follow the preceding steps to initiate a manual pairing.

2.2 Heart rate monitoring Your watch can continuously monitor your heart rate 24/7.

If your watch detects an unusual heart rate, it will vibrate to alert you.

At the same time, it will synchronize the data to your mobile phone, and then from your mobile phone to the Huawei Health Cloud Platform.

The data should not be used for medical purposes.

Alerts of unusual heart rates are varied by age.



2.3 Exercise monitoring Your watch recognizes and monitors varies types of your indoor and outdoor exercise activities (such as Outdoor run, Indoor run, Outdoor walk, Outdoor cycle, Indoor cycle, Mountain climbe, Pool swim, Open water, Free training) through the acceleration and its gyro sensors, and supports statistics, as well as the display of your number of steps, calories, activity intensity, standing durations, and other data.

You can view detailed exercise data on your watch's activity record app or Huawei Health app, and share the data on various social platforms.

You can also start a single exercise on your watch's exercise app and develop your own personalized exercise plan based on your preference. During the exercise process, your watch will automatically record your exercise data in real-time and provide timely guidance based on your exercise scenario. After your exercise ends, you can also share your results data through the Huawei Health app.

2.4 Sleep monitoring Your watch uses TruSleep sleep monitoring technology to accurately and comprehensively monitor your sleep time, identify indicators (such as deep sleep, light sleep, and rapid eye movement), and provide you with detailed sleep quality assessment and improvement recommendations.

After setting a smart alarm clock, your watch will monitor your sleep status until your alarm goes off. If you are in a state of deep sleep, your watch will vibrate to wake you up, which greatly reduces your feeling of drowsiness compared to waking up alerted by sound.

2.5 Messaging Assistant Your watch will send you vibration alerts based on the transmission of instant messages, phone calls, SMS, emails, calendar events, social apps, and SmartCare (only available on Huawei devices running on EMUI 9.0 or later) from your phone.

For some notifications, you can take future actions, including deleting an SMS/IM, rejecting calls, and blocking notifications.

When using such functions, your watch must be properly connected to your mobile device, while Internet access is available.

2.6 Altitude barometer and compass Your watch supports the display of weather forecasts. Its altitude barometer can forecast weather changes, and its compass can operate independently for convenient.
