without the heavy tooling costs historically associated with bespoke designs.

For enclosures produced in medium to high volume we offer the complete product

design and manufacturing solution, which includes 3D modelling and design, tooling,

enclosures, manufactured from flat-sheet plastic with the quality

of moulded enclosures.

This innovative solution produces unique enclosure solutions,

achieved without heavy tooling costs. Custom Design

enclosures are ideal for low to medium volume production, are

designed using our latest CAD-CAM technology, prototyped and

manufactured to specific customer requirements, ensuring rapid

time to market with low capital outlay.

Our CNC manufacturing process allows maximum flexibility for

design changes to be incorporated at anytime, for minimal cost
