Lockton Companies (Hong Kong) Limited commenced operations in 1983 and nowthe Hong Kong office have grown from 28 to 70+ associates. With offices locatedin Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing, China. Since 2008, we have successfullyobtained a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) insurance broking license inChina. Overall, we provide the full range of risk and insurance broking services,with particular expertise in affinity programs, employee benefits, financialinstitutions, real estate, construction, property and liability (including products andproduct recall).

Lockton also offers loss control and risk management services, includingsignificant claims management and negotiation services, with expert’s resident in-country.

HKDU MPP Benefits – Retirement Free Run Off Coverage

If the retired doctor was immediately prior to retirement, continuously purchasing insurance from the insurance arrangement for not less than 5 consecutive years, Insurer agrees to include such member as insured under the policy at no additional premium provided that such member has notified to Lockton/Insurer on or before the date he/she retires from medical practice

Insurance Arrangement – means the Medical Protection Plan (MPP) arranged by HKDU to its members since year 2004

A. Coverage Enhancement (2014 to 2015)

1. Original Limit of Indemnity (LOI) has been upgraded by HK$2,500,000 automatically with nil additional premium.

2. This applies to MPP1 only.

3. Only apply to original LOI between HK$7,500,000 to HK$15,000,000.

4. The enhancement is available for both existing and newly joined Insured Members after 1 December 2014.
