Recommandations :  For accurate transcription you should try to pronounce loudly the uterances then transcribe only the heard phonemes and omit the silent ones. You can refer to the book of Peter Roach in order to revise the pure vowels,diphthongs and triphthongs or to listen to the words recited,at the end read your the transcriptions ; thus practice as much as possible.
