We provide strategically located good quality managed homes to millennials tenants that are safe and comfortable. We engage with residential asset owners which includes individual homeowners, developers, building owners and societies in managing their rentals and properties. We have a deep relationship with the millennial generation and understand the problems they face in the search for good homes, which is why we provide the easiest solution to finding ready to move in homes. We also manage the entire tenant lifecycle from agreement creation to move in, stay, renewal, transfer and exit through our easy-to-use technology platform and mobile app. We also have a dedicated team working at the backend who are the heart and soul of our business. YourOwnROOM thrives on homeowner loyalty, which is why we operate on a subscription basis through the property lifecycle as the custodian of their property. This translates into long term multi-year commitment values for rental and property management. BUSINESS MODEL Onboard Property

• we sign a 3-5 year MoU with owners to manage their property and rentals. • we onboard the property on our Prop Tech Platform and conduct quality checks. • we get into an arrangement with the Owner and seek 45 days to rent out the Property

to tenants. • We assist the owner to onboard the property by conducting a quality check, help with

repairs and help procure furniture’s and appliances. Onboard Tenant

• we actively scout for suitable tenants, run marketing campaigns, organise site visits. • We book a tenant and sign a rental Service Agreement. This is done between the

tenant, owner and YourOwnROOM • we then onboard the tenants into the property.
